1. Who we are

This website is operated by Positive Evolution OOD, Blvd. Vitosha 78, Floor 1, Apartment 1, 1463 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "us"), company no. (EIK) 207993916. These terms apply to all orders placed on patatepositive.com/en-gb. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Your order

The products shown on the website are not a binding offer. When you place your order, you make an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you our order confirmation by email or when we dispatch the goods. The contract language is English.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are added at checkout (see our delivery policy). Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Our products are designed by our team and hand-crocheted by partner workshops in Asia. Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 4–6 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Right to cancel

Consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery; on top of that, we voluntarily give you 30 days from delivery. Full details are in our returns & refunds policy.

6. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact info@patatepositive.com — a photo is usually all we need.

7. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Otherwise, we are only responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.

8. Use of the website

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to spread malware or spam, to scrape it, or to get around its security features. All content (text, images, logos) is protected by copyright.

9. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
