Delivery — Patate Positive
Our characters are designed by our team, hand-crocheted by our partner workshops in Asia and checked before dispatch. Delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes 4–6 working days.
Delivery charges (UK): £3.49 — free delivery from £16 (so from 2 positive friends). The exact cost and delivery time are shown at checkout. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Parcel late or a problem with tracking? Write to us at info@patatepositive.com — we'll sort it out straight away, with a smile.
